Our history and experience with the public and private sector means we are uniquely placed to assist our clients in resolving their most complex legal challenges wherever they may be in Pakistan or be it the rest of the world. The firm comprises of 3 partners, Salman Mansoor Siddiqi, Munawwar Iqbal Duggal and Arshad Malik Awan and boasts permanent offices in Lahore and Islamabad as well as an associate office in Karachi.

The firm was originally established by Salman Mansoor Siddiqi, Munawwar Iqbal Duggal and Zafarullah Khan with the name and style of Siddiqi, Khan & Duggal, as all three had been informally working together for a substantial period of time. It also had the patronage of Justice (R) M.A. Shahid Siddiqi, who retired from the Supreme Court of Pakistan and joined the firm and remained with it until his death. The clients of the firm were represented in Supreme Court by Chief Justice (R) Mian Allah Nawaz, who has now retired from active practice. As time progressed, Zafarullah Khan left the firm and Arshad Malik Awan joined as a Partner and hence the firm’s named changed.

Salman Mansoor Siddiqi is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and based in Lahore . He started practicing with Chief Justice (R) Mian Allah Nawaz and has remained associated with the Lahore Development Authority and Water and Power Development Authority. He is a well known name in Construction Arbitration in Pakistan with immense experience in Commercial and Contractual disputes.

Munawwar Iqbal Duggal is also an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He is based in Islamabad and handles all the litigation matters in relation to the firm at Islamabad and Peshawar. He is a Legal Advisor to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority and continues to represent it in almost all major disputes in the Telecom Sector in Pakistan.

Arshad Malik Awan again is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He is also a qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and a practicing Legal Consultant at Albus Law Solicitors in High Wycombe, UK. He is a well known expert in Real Estate and Land Laws in Pakistan and has brought a wealth of experience in the field of Land Revenue and Property Laws to the firm. He is also running his own chamber with a well reputed and established senior lawyer, Malik Noor Muhammad Awan.
