Munawar Iqbal Duggal

Mr. Duggal has been practicing as an advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan since 2016. He was enrolled as an advocate High Court in 2004. Mr. Duggal completed his LLB from the City University, London in 2002 and Bar Vocational Course from Inn’s of Courts School of Law, UK before being called to the Bar by the Hon’ble Society of The Lincoln’s Inn, UK, in 2004. Prior to embarking on the legal education and training, Mr. Duggal did his graduation (B.A with Political Science and Journalism) in 1996 from the Government College Lahore and completed his master (M.Sc. in History) from the Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad in 1999.

Mr. Duggal has expertise in Telecommunication laws, Corporate & Commercial laws, Transport laws, laws relating to white-collar crimes specially falling in the jurisdiction of National Accountability Bureau, legislative drafting, Constitutional matters, General Civil and Criminal Laws

Apart from having a host of private clientage, Mr. Duggal has been advising and assisting Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) and has an extensive experience of all matters relating to Telecom and IT industry in Pakistan. Mr. Duggal has further been advising and handling litigation on behalf of Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) and other Distribution Companies, Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Mr. Duggal also had liaison with Ministry of Human Rights, Government of Pakistan on behalf of UNICEF for drafting and vetting different Laws including Juvenile Justice System Act, 2018.
